PEIMS Homepage
Public Education Information Management System (PEIMS) is the official statewide data collection system used by the Texas Education Agency (TEA) to gather information from Texas public school districts.

Data submissions pertaining to students, staff, finances, and school operations to the state through PEIMS are scheduled throughought the school year.  These data submissions are key in establishing accountability and funding for Brenham ISD.

    As the PEIMS Data Coordinator, Ali is responsible for coordinating the collection, integration, and formatting of all data required for PEIMS state and federal reporting.  She also coordinates and leads quality reviews with program directors, coordinators, and campus administration to analyze and validate data integrity.   Ali is a graduate of Brenham High School, class of 2003.  She holds a Bachelor Degree from Texas State University in English Literature and a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Texas at Tyler, and she holds over 18 years of experience in public education.

    As the District PEIMS Support Specialist, Rachel works closely with campus registrars to ensure accurate attendance and registration data, providing essential support for district-wide reporting and compliance. Rachel plays a critical role in assisting with data entry, validation, and troubleshooting to maintain data accuracy. Rachel is a key liaison between campus staff and the PEIMS Coordinator, ensuring smooth communication and adherence to state reporting requirements.
